My Story
I’m a proud Morehouse graduate who began my career as a digital Ad-man, sharpening my skills in storytelling, strategy, and brand building. But over time, I felt the pull to align my work with something deeper. I leveraged those same strengths in storytelling and personal branding to make a purpose-driven career shift — one that allowed me to step fully into my calling: helping others unlock their truth and chart a path toward freedom.
Today, I specialize in supporting BIPOC purpose-driven professionals as they scale their purpose into entrepreneurship and leadership. My focus is on helping clients clarify their Zone of Genius and build the professional freedom, success, and impact they desire.
My own journey into coaching and leadership development began at Morehouse College, where I became an INROADS fellow — both experiences grounded me in professional excellence and intentional mentorship. I later deepened that foundation through the Riordan MBA Prep Fellowship at UCLA and as a StartingBloc Social Innovation Fellow.
These experiences ultimately led me into the ed-tech sector, where I worked with organizations like Flatiron School, General Assembly, and Pathrise — helping hundreds of ambitious professionals grow, pivot, and pursue their dream roles.
Nearly a decade later, I’ve had the privilege of coaching and guiding individuals from a wide range of industries and walks of life. Every story reminds me why I do this work: because when people are clear on their purpose and empowered to live it out, they change their life — and the world around them.
